At Northside, our Preschool Ministry exists to partner with and support parents and families. We are committed to creating a safe, loving, and
nurturing environment where young children can begin to discover who God is. Through Bible stories, interactive play, and meaningful
relationships, we introduce children to God’s love in ways they can understand and enjoy.


Your child’s safety is our top priority. All volunteers are thoroughly screened, and we follow secure check-in and check-out procedures to
ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every child.


While your child receives the very best care and participates in activities that help shape their understanding of God and His love, you can
attend a Life Group or worship service with peace of mind—knowing they are safe, loved, and well cared for. Our hope is that while you
encounter Jesus, your child experiences that same love and truth in a way that speaks to their heart.


When a preschooler graduates to kids ministry, we want them to know that…

Preschool MidWeek Northside Baptist Church in Lexington, SC

CALLING ALL KIDS TO JOIN US AT WEDNESDAY NIGHT MIDWEEK!

6:00 to 7:30pm

Elementary Midweek (k5-4th grade) is an exciting night consisting of dinner, recreation, missions, Bible study, and lots of fun. Drop-off is located in the Kids Worship Room upstairs in the elementary hall and pick up at the same location at 7:30pm.

Visiting us for the first time? No fear! Our friendly VIP host will show you where our Kids Jr. Check-In is when you arrive. We will meet your family, check your child into class, and answer any questions you may have. We can't wait to meet you!

SAFETY

Volunteers at Kids on a Mission are trained to create an atmosphere where families can confidently leave their children while they are in service. Every volunteer is screened with a background check and the kids hallway is monitored by security personnel, as well as security cameras. Don't worry parents - we've got this!

Preschool What We Teach Northside Baptist Church in Lexington, SC

WHAT WE TEACH

Your kids will experience an age appropriate lesson that will teach them about God and His love for them. The teaching is interactive and utilizes multiple approaches for different learning styles. The goal at Northside is for kids to understand who Jesus is and how He can make a difference in their lives. They will also have a lot of fun!

PARENT-CHILD DEDICATIONS

As a parent, you are the most influential person in your child’s life. At Northside, we want to come beside you and partner with you in this journey as you lead your child to become a fully engaged follower of Jesus! During the Parent-Child Dedication service, you will have the opportunity to make a commitment before the Lord and your Northside family to raise your child according to God’s Word and to model what following Jesus looks like.
