Northside will serve as a HURRICANE HELENE COLLECTION SITE for Disaster Relief for those areas that are most in need in the Upstate and Western North Carolina. We are asking Northside and our Midlands community to drop off the most needed items at Northside from Sunday, October 6 through Thursday, October 10. We are in touch with First Baptist Spartanburg, who is already distributing supplies to these areas. THIS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 6, we are asking Northside Members to kick off the collection by bringing canned goods and nonperishable items from the list to the Northside Lexington Campus. Volunteers will be in the upper parking lot to accept your donations until 6:30 PM. Once our collection is complete, the truck loaded with supplies will be taken to First Baptist Spartanburg for distribution.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY:  We need volunteers to serve on Sunday, October 6 through Thursday, October 10, to help with accepting and sorting donations.

HURRICANE HELENE RELIEF SUPPORT
People are asking how they can help victims of Hurricane Helene. One of the best ways is to give to the North American Mission Board Disaster Relief. They have chain saw teams, mud out teams, feeding teams and with all this help they also share the Gospel. They help people short-term and for eternity.
